Intro to Pole – Beginners

Intro to pole are designed for people who have never tried pole fitness before. Here you will learn the very basics as well as building up strength.
What to wear:
In intro to pole there is no need to wear shorts. We recommend wearing leggings and a tank top. It can help being able to pull your leggings up above the knee for a few moves.
