This open-level course is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. All you need is curiosity, a positive attitude, and maybe a bit of courage.
We’ll build your handstand step by step through strength, balance, and control in a way that actually works for your body.
Expect some wobbles, some laughs, and moments where it suddenly clicks.

Pre-requisites: No previous handstands experience required, but it is helpful to have some upper body strength, balance, and mobility. But a positive attitude is most important!
Instructor: Ewka is a circus student and performer specializing in handbalancing, exploring movement through strength, balance, and a touch of chaos (the good kind).
Her focus is on making training feel safe, personal, and actually enjoyable — wherever you’re starting from.
The fine print
- Eríal Pole reserves the right to cancel the course or individual classes if sufficient participation is not reached.
- Refunds will be offered only in the case of cancellation by Eríal Pole.
- If a student is unable to attend a class they have purchased, they must notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. The purchase price will be refunded as credit to be used at Eríal Pole. No refunds are offered for no-shows without notification or within 6 hours.

Handstands Foundations | Námskeið standa í mislangan tíma og þátttakendur þurfa að kynna sér vel hvort rétt námskeið er valið áður en gengið er frá skráningu. Ekki er hægt að fá endurgreiða þegar námskeið er að hefjast eða þegar hafið. Eríal Pole áskilur sér rétt til að fella niður námskeið og staka tíma ef þátttaka telst ekki næg. Vinsamlega kynnið ykkur skilmála Eríal Pole og lýsingu námskeiða áður en gengið er frá skráningu. Ef eitthvað er óljóst bendum við viðskiptavinum á að hafa samband.
