Join us for some fun on Tuesday evenings! This week, we’ll be exploring the basics of aerial straps. We’ll be delving into technique for flares and learn a simple sequence. We’ll be using some silks as well for conditioning and technique drills. Ability to invert is a prerequisite, but it doesn’t have to be a clean one ;-)
Recommended clothing: long sleeves and covered midriff.
