    Acro Workshops with Andrii Balykhin!

    And now for something a little bit different! On May 16th, we will be holding acro workshops with professional acrobatics instructor and performer Andrii Balykhin. Andrii will be hosting two sessions, first a partner acro yoga class followed by a solo acro session focusing on inverts and handstands. Acrobatics pairs very well with pole and aerial training. It helps build upper body and shoulder strength, grip support muscles, core stability, and overall body control. Many pole and aerial students find that acro training improves their inversions, lines, balance, and confidence in upside-down positions. Mark your calendars and check out the workshop descriptions below! Andrii Balykhin is a circus artist and acrobatics coach from Ukraine, currently based in Canada. He specializes in handstands, partner and floor acrobatics with several years of experience performing and teaching. He works with dancers, athletes, and aerial students, focusing on building strength, body awareness, and safe technical foundations. His teaching approach is structured and practical, helping students develop confidence and control in inversions, balances, and acrobatic skills.
  • Aerial Workshops with Anastasiia Parkhomenko

    Attention aerial babes! Save the date of May 16th, when we will be hosting international performer and coach, Anastasiia Parkhomenko (@parkhomenko_anastasiia_)! Anastasiia will be holding workshops in hammock, silks, and lyra, so there's something for everyone! She has over 12 years of stage experience and 8+ years of teaching across Canada, Europe, and online. She specializes in developing strong, confident aerialists and has trained competitive-level students of all ages. Mark your calendars and check out the workshop descriptions below!
  • Handstands Foundations

    Curious about handstands?
    This open-level course is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. All you need is curiosity, a positive attitude, and maybe a bit of courage.
    We’ll build your handstand step by step through strength, balance, and control in a way that actually works for your body.
    Expect some wobbles, some laughs, and moments where it suddenly clicks.
    Come see what magic happens when you spend some time upside down.
    We recommend joining for the full course, but it is also possible to drop in using a monthly pass, clip card, or single class pass.
  • Take your pole practice off the ground!
    The flying pole (aerial pole) is a dynamic and unpredictable apparatus that invites exploration. This space is designed for experienced pole dancers who want to experiment, adapt their existing skills, and develop their own way of moving in the air.
    Rather than a traditional technique-based class, this is a guided practice space where we explore together: understanding how the pole moves, how to control it, and how to build confidence on a moving apparatus.
    You’ll be supported in your own process, with attention to safety, awareness, and shared learning within the group. You should be comfortable with inverting, leg hangs, and spinning.

    Beginner Pole Fitness 4 vikna námskeið, kennt 1x EÐA 2x í viku

    31. mars - 23. apríl 2026 þriðjudagar kl. 17:10-18:20 og/eða fimmtudagar  kl. 19:40-20:50

    Þetta námskeið er fyrir þau sem eru búin með Intro to Pole námskeið. Á þessu námskeiði höldum við áfram að æfa trikk úr Intro, æfum við okkur í að klifra, byggjum upp styrk og prófum að fara á hvolf í fyrsta sinn! Til þess að fara í Beginner er nauðsynlegt að hafa lokið Intro og að þjálfari hafi metið svo að nemandi sé tilbúinn að færa sig upp. Það er persónubundið hversu lengi eða fljótt fólk fer upp um erfiðleikastig og við hvetjum nemendur til að tala við sinn þjálfara til þess að fá mat. Þú getur valið að skrá þig í 1 eða 2 tíma á viku. Ef þú hefur aðeins tíma til að mæta einu sinni í viku munt þú samt læra allt sem þarf til að komast áfram í byrjendanámskeið. Þetta er frábær kostur fyrir þá sem eru með 2-2-3 vaktir!
