Description

11:00 – 12:15 // Dynamic Flow & Creative Transitions in Hammock
This workshop focuses on building beautiful and intelligent sequences in hammock. Students will learn how to connect movements smoothly, transition creatively between shapes, and incorporate both static strength elements and controlled dynamic work (including spin technique). We will explore clean entries, efficient grip changes, and how to build combinations that feel fluid rather than forced. A few moderate drops may be included depending on the group level, always prioritizing safety.

12:30 – 13:45 // Transitions & Signature Combinations on Silks
This workshop is designed to help students build beautiful, connected combinations on silks. We will focus on smooth transitions, clean technique, and creating flow between movements so sequences feel natural and expressive rather than pieced together. Flexibility elements, including splits, will be incorporated where appropriate, but they are not the main focus of the workshop. The emphasis will be on strong lines, control, and understanding how to move confidently through wraps and pathways. Students will also learn a few small, controlled drops adapted to the studio’s ceiling height, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while still experiencing dynamic elements.

14:00 – 15:15 // Flow and Control on Lyra
This workshop is designed to help students develop smoother flow and greater control on the hoop. Students will learn how to make combinations feel effortless, improve timing and spatial awareness, and explore new ways to transition between top bar, inside bar, and lower positions. Ideal for intermediate students or committed beginners looking to refine their style, build confidence, and expand their movement vocabulary.
