Acro Workshops with Andrii Balykhin!
And now for something a little bit different! On May 16th, we will be holding acro workshops with professional acrobatics instructor and performer
Andrii Balykhin. Andrii will be hosting two sessions, first a partner acro yoga class followed by a solo acro session focusing on inverts and handstands. Acrobatics pairs very well with pole and aerial training. It helps build upper body and shoulder strength, grip support muscles, core stability, and overall body control. Many pole and aerial students find that acro training improves their inversions, lines, balance, and confidence in upside-down positions. Mark your calendars and check out the workshop descriptions below!
